Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Favorite spot for a quick lunch. Not sure why there are 2 entries for this restaurant, but in case you missed the first one -- it's a buffet place that does offer take out. Good variety, and since they stay busy all the time, food is always fresh.

It's huge! Really good 7/10 times, and sometimes the food is bland for whatever reason. Friday nights are the best for entertainment, people swarm the poor cook who brings out the snow crab legs. They often have some great fresh raw oysters. All the American-Chinese buffet dishes you expect, General Tso's, Pepper Steak, Hot & Sour soup, egg rolls, plus usually a bad pizza or chicken tender option for the poor cousin or coworker that had to come but hates Chinese food. They also sell take-out, by the weight. I could eat here a couple nights/week because of the variety. They staff are really more attentive than most buffets. I came in almost at closing time once (not on purpose and yes I realize that this is bad form, thought I still had an hour before closing) and was treated impeccably. The manager/hostess Samantha helped me score some low-carb items for the fad diet I was on and recommended the Hibachi grill. The sushi looks mediocre, and the seaweed salad leaves something to be desired, but all in all it's great for the price, variety, and the ability to control your own portions.

As an avid Asian buffet visitor, this was mediocre. It may be the timing of my dinner but the food definitely was neither warm or fresh. Also, the servers are not exactly the friendliest. Go somewhere else if you have high expectations, those won't be fulfilled here.

Actually 3-1/2 stars (but with the other reviewer giving it 5 stars, this averages out). This is a typical Chinese buffet place and if you like that sort of thing you will love it. There are big screen TVs all around (close captioned) usually turned to sports. The food is not gourmet though it is entertaining in that Chinese buffet kind of way. I'd probably come here more often but my wife is not as fond of the place as I am. With your drink, it is a bump over $10 apiece.

This place just might be the BEST Chinese buffet in E.Tn. Good sushi, a Mongolian grill, and a huge selection of hot dishes including seafood. My favorite restaurant in this area.
